How do I redeem a promotional code?

What are the standard shipping costs?

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

What is the estimated arrival time?

On average, please anticipate a delivery window of 10–20 business days following the successful processing and dispatch of your package.

How do I monitor my shipment's progress?

Once your items are on the move, an automated email containing a tracking ID will be sent to you. We recommend using https://parcelsapp.com/en/for the most comprehensive real-time updates.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistics provider to synchronize your data. It’s perfectly normal for a package to show no new updates for a few days while it is in transit between international sorting hubs.

Why did I only receive a portion of my order?

To minimize wait times, items in a single order may be dispatched from different specialized warehouses. You will receive unique tracking details for every individual parcel sent.

✏️ Edits & Cancellations
Can I update my delivery address or contact info?

Since we prioritize fast fulfillment, address changes are extremely time-sensitive. Please email us immediately at support@countrycraftco.com with the subject: "Urgent: Address Correction".

Include your Order ID (e.g., 200SHOP-12345), the registered email, and the corrected details. We must receive this within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is in the shipping phase, we can no longer modify it.
Can I change the items in my order (e.g., size, color, quantity)?

If you need to adjust your selection, please contact us at support@countrycraftco.com within 12 hours. We can only implement changes if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment queue.

Is it possible to cancel my purchase?

Cancellations are permitted as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please note that a minor processing/handling fee may be deducted. Dispatched orders cannot be retracted.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We sincerely apologize for any transit issues. Contact our support team with your Order Number, clear photos/video of the damage, and a picture of the shipping label on the box.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or missing?

We take quality seriously. Please email us with your Order Number and a description of the issue. For defective or wrong items, include photo evidence so we can rectify the error immediately with a replacement.
