Please include your Order ID (e.g., 200SHOP-1218) and the associated email address to facilitate a swift resolution.
General Terms
A final sale policy applies to all transactions on our store. We do not facilitate standard returns or discretionary exchanges. The only exceptions to this rule are instances involving verified manufacturing defects or the delivery of an incorrect item.
Quality Concerns & Transit Damage
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is impaired, faulty, or doesn't match your order, please notify our support specialists immediately. We are committed to ensuring a fair outcome for every customer.

We ask that you examine your package upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days of the delivery date.

To file a claim, please email support@countrycraftco.com with the following documentation:
  • Your unique Order Number (e.g., 200SHOP-1218) and account email.
  • A brief summary of the observed issue.
  • High-resolution photos or a video recording clearly demonstrating the defect or incorrect item.
Our quality assurance team will review your submission on an individual basis. Approved resolutions may include a no-cost replacement, a partial credit, or a total refund.
Refund Processing
In cases where a monetary refund is authorized, the credit will be issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please allow a window of 7–12 business days for the transaction to be finalized. Note that the exact timing of the funds appearing in your balance depends on your financial institution's processing protocols.
Exchanges
We do not operate a traditional exchange program. Our system is designed to provide direct replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided the claim has passed our verification process.
Unapproved Returns
Refrain from returning any merchandise without explicit authorization from our support department. A formal claim must be initiated and approved before any items are sent back.

Parcels returned without prior notification or an approved claim number will be rejected. We cannot provide refunds, replacements, or logistical assistance for such unauthorized shipments.
