We ask that you examine your package upon arrival and report any issues
within 7 days of the delivery date.
To file a claim, please email
support@countrycraftco.com with the following documentation:
- Your unique Order Number (e.g., 200SHOP-1218) and account email.
- A brief summary of the observed issue.
- High-resolution photos or a video recording clearly demonstrating the defect or incorrect item.
Our quality assurance team will review your submission on an individual basis. Approved resolutions may include a
no-cost replacement, a
partial credit, or a
total refund.
In cases where a monetary refund is authorized, the credit will be issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please allow a window of 7–12 business days for the transaction to be finalized. Note that the exact timing of the funds appearing in your balance depends on your financial institution's processing protocols.
