If you are unavailable during delivery, couriers typically leave a notice or hold the item at a local facility. It is the recipient's responsibility to coordinate a re-delivery or collection with the local carrier. We cannot be held liable for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected items.
If your package feels overdue, follow this 7-day rule: Check your tracking portal—if there has been movement within the last 7 days, your package is proceeding normally. If there has been zero activity for over 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team for an investigation.
In-Transit Loss: If an official investigation confirms your package is lost before delivery, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Delivered Status: We are not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." In such cases, please verify with family members, neighbors, or your local post office.
