01 Order Preparation

Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team immediately begins the fulfillment process. Typically, it takes 3 business days to conduct quality checks, package your items, and coordinate with our couriers. Please note that orders submitted during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

02 Delivery Times & Rates

Standard worldwide shipping is available at a simple flat-rate of $5.99 USD. After dispatch, most packages arrive within 10–20 business days.

03 Potential Transit Delays

While we strive for punctuality, certain external factors such as customs inspections or regional carrier congestion may occasionally extend transit times. We appreciate your patience during these rare instances.

04 Real-Time Monitoring

As soon as your parcel departs, we will provide a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking ID. You can monitor your package's journey through universal tracking platforms such as: www.17track.net

(Note: It may take 48–72 hours for the carrier's system to reflect the initial tracking data.)

05 Split Shipments

If you purchased multiple products, they may be dispatched in separate parcels from different regional warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Each package will be assigned its own unique tracking number for your convenience.

06 Modifying Your Order

Address corrections or item changes are highly time-critical. You must notify us within 12 hours of purchase to stand the best chance of an update. Please email us at support@countrycraftco.com with:

  • Your Order ID (e.g., 200SHOP-123456) and registered email address.
  • Clear details of the required adjustment (e.g., the corrected shipping address).
07 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable during delivery, couriers typically leave a notice or hold the item at a local facility. It is the recipient's responsibility to coordinate a re-delivery or collection with the local carrier. We cannot be held liable for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected items.

08 Handling Extended Transit

If your package feels overdue, follow this 7-day rule: Check your tracking portal—if there has been movement within the last 7 days, your package is proceeding normally. If there has been zero activity for over 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team for an investigation.

09 Lost or Missing Parcels

In-Transit Loss: If an official investigation confirms your package is lost before delivery, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivered Status: We are not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." In such cases, please verify with family members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  • Address Integrity: The buyer must ensure the provided address is accurate. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect input.
  • Transfer of Responsibility: Our liability concludes once the carrier confirms a successful delivery to the specified address.
